If you’re already working out but want that accountability, motivation and focus to your fitness I can help. If it’s been a while since you did sport or exercise then I can help you get started with a tailored workout plan, goals and training to help you kick start your fitness journey. You can train one on one, with a partner, friend or family member. I’ll tailor my training sessions to you and your goals. Using a combination of weights and cardio exercises you will be stronger and fitter. Having that accountability and motivation behind you is the difference between success and failure. Virtual HIIT Classes
Got 30 mins? That’s all you need to join in my virtual HIIT classes. No equipment or large spaces needed. HIIT is an innovative 30 minute exercise class using only your bodyweight. This fat-blasting fitness class has been developed to move you out of your comfort zone into your anaerobic zone. Workout to great soundtracks from the comfort of your home and feel a real sense of achievement at the end.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a type of massage therapy which utilises deep tissue techniques, with the aim of reducing muscular tension, discomfort and pain. It has many benefits for people doing sport including reducing muscle pain, tension and discomfort. It also has many benefits and is a great treatment for non sports related injuries including back pain, repetitive strain injury and postural pain. £30 for 45 minute massage
