Got 30 mins? That’s all you need to join in my virtual HIIT classes. No equipment or large spaces needed. HIIT is an innovative 30 minute exercise class using only your bodyweight. This fat-blasting fitness class has been developed to move you out of your comfort zone into your anaerobic zone. Workout to great soundtracks from the comfort of your home and feel a real sense of achievement at the end.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a type of massage therapy which utilises deep tissue techniques, with the aim of reducing muscular tension, discomfort and pain. It has many benefits for people doing sport including reducing muscle pain, tension and discomfort. It also has many benefits and is a great treatment for non sports related injuries including back pain, repetitive strain injury and postural pain. £30 for 45 minute massage

My partner and I have been training with Emma for 3 years now and love it. I've lost 3 stone so far (still on the journey) and after 10 years of little or no activity due to working long hours and young kids, I now make exercise a priority for our whole family. I haven't been this fit or this size since I was in my teens. Emma has helped me really push my boundaries and achieve things I would never have believed I could do including push ups! Having that support and accountability has stopped me from giving up particularly in lockdown. I trust her completely and when I damaged my back last year she tailored our training so I could keep training. In addition to my PT sessions with Emma I also go to her HIIT classes. It's amazing what you can achieve in only 30 minutes. Doing it on Zoom in the living room often with my kids, has helped us all keep fitter even during lockdown.

I joined Emma's fitness classes on zoom during the first lockdown in March. I cannot believe the changes in my body in such a short period of time; I've toned up and my clothes are fitting more comfortably. The classes are really encouraging and even though Emma works you hard, I love the feeling I have after the class - happy hormones definitely kick in and I feel more motivated for the rest of my day. Emma's classes are the best classes I've been to and love that I can join in on zoom given that I'm down near London and can't get to her face to face classes - they beat the classes at my local gym hands down. Definitely recommend Emma's classes 👍

She is always very considerate and thoughtful and asks about whether the massage pressure applied is comfortable or needs to be changed. I could not recommend Emma enough, she is a fantastic PT. I first started with Emma in 2011 hoping to lose weight after my 2nd child. When my daughter was a competing dancer Emma provided both personal and group training session to improve her strength, fitness, stamina and diet. Emma provided a personal fitness and eating plan for her to follow outwith the sessions she had with her. As well as coaching on the fitness and health side of things, Emma was also a fantastic motivator. At times when my daughter's confidence was low, Emma was so supportive and nothting was too much bother for her. Emma also provided sports massage to prevent and treat injuries, ensuring she was still able to attend dance classes and competitions. As a parent, it was a god send to have Emma there to provide support and coaching.
