That’s all you need to join in my virtual HIIT classes. No equipment or large spaces needed. HIIT is an innovative 30 minute exercise class using only your bodyweight. This fat-blasting fitness class has been developed to move you out of your comfort zone into your anaerobic zone. Workout to great soundtracks from the comfort of your home and feel a real sense of achievement at the end.
